Deliveries:
When making a purchase in our online store and in case the product is in stock, will be done the delivery procedure selected by the customer. Delivery will take about 1/2 days, unless stock is broken. After receiving the payment is that the order will be sent via GLS and delivery with subscription. Regardless of the shipping choice you make, we will provide a link to track your order online. Shipping rates include logistics fees.
Shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the order.
We recommend that you group your products in a single order. We can not group together two separate orders placed separately because shipping rates will apply to each of them. Your order will be despatched at your own risk, special care will be taken to protect fragile objects. The boxes are widely scaled and your items will be well protected.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:
The Term for the return of articles is 15 days after the purchase and can do so provided that:
- Return it in the original packaging and under the same conditions as it was sold.
- Upon presentation of the sales slip corresponding to the article.
- Only the value of the product will be returned, the value of shipping costs will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.
- The costs of sending an item that is covered by the guarantee are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds of items that have been purchased for promotion are not accepted, unless there is any anomaly or manufacturing defect. In this case it will be accepted and sent for guarantee.
